Mr. Beck's 3rd grade class is a WINNER! They participated in a district wide contest on Sumdog and not only WON, but 2 of his students; Daesean and Daniel were ranked in 1st and 2nd place over all the students that participated in the district! WAY TO GO WILDCATS!!!
NEW START AND DISMISSAL TIMES
TRUSD has changed the start times at many schools and we are one of them. School will now BEGIN at 8:00am Monday through Friday. Dismissal will be at 2:42 pm on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. Wednesday Early Release time will be 12:42 pm. Please make note of the our earlier start and dismissal times. Thank you!
To keep our goal of 98% attendance we need less than 21 students absent per day. You can help us by scheduling medical appointments for before or after school, and encouraging your student to come to school on time every day. Our Attendance line is available 24hrs/7 days a week. Simply press option 2 when calling into our main school line. Let's continue to make the 2016-2017 school year successful and make sure your child/ren are at school on time every day and ready to learn! ATTENDANCE + ACADEMICS = SUCCESS!!
Uniforms and warmer weather
We are a Uniform school. Students should have a collared shirt, white, or blue and have blue or khaki bottoms.
Please refer to your Parent Handbook for Dress code guidelines. As the weather gets warmer please make sure your Wildcat is dressed appropriately. Thank you!
Early Release Wednesdays!
Please take note that we have Early Release Wednesdays this year. Students will begin school at 8:00 am and DISMISSAL will be at 12:42 PM. Please make sure that you have made arrangements to have your students picked up in a timely manner.
Remind Students of safe ways of getting to and from school. With the weather constantly changing, your child should know what to do in the event of a sudden rain storm or wild wintery weather. Plan a spot to meet in the event that they are caught in the storm. Be prepared by watching the weather report at night or in the morning and dress accordingly. Also, please label your child's clothing and backpack as things get misplaced when the weather changes quickly throughout the day.

The weather is getting colder. Stay warm and dry Wildcats! Parents please check out the lost and found in the cafeteria if your child has lost a jacket or sweater at school.
